Chapelton: rural life with modern luxury

Welcome to Landale Court, the perfect place for lovers of the great outdoors. Open your front door to find 165 miles of stunning coastline, the beautiful Cairngorms, and picturesque harbours right on the doorstep.

Just fifteen minutes away lies pretty Stonehaven Harbour, along with twenty miles of bird watching coastline. Explore the magnificent ruins of Dunnottar Castle, watch the regattas in the summer, or visit at Hogmanay when you will see the traditional Fireball Festival in the “Auld Toon” area of Stonehaven.

And if you feel like exploring further afield, pop on one of the transport links to the port city of Aberdeen, filled with historic concert halls, bars and brilliant seafood brasseries and bistros.

Our not-for-profit fee covers many of the basic living costs that we all need to pay, which means you don’t have to worry about unexpected bills.

Your monthly factoring fee covers:

7am - 9pm on-site staff presence
Free use of Wi-Fi in communal areas
A wide range of social and leisure activities each day
All on-site and off-site administration, managed and operated by Brio Retirement Living
Comprehensive buildings insurance as standard
Communal parking
Communal maintenance, housekeeping and gardening
Facilities maintenance to the communal lifts to the apartments, CCTV, heating, hot water systems, fire alarms, call systems and communal lighting

LATER LIVING EXPERT WINS AT LIFE AS SHE PREPARES FOR HER MODELING DEBUT AT CHARITY COURAGE ON THE CATWALK EVENT AT P&J LIVE

Sharon Humphreys, Senior Later Living Advisor at the award-wining Brio Retirement Living development Landale Court in Chapelton, is embracing everything life has to offer after a traumatic battle following her oesophageal cancer diagnosis last year. Thankfully now in remission, Sharon has battled with such courage it’s a fitting tribute that she has been chosen to model at Courage on the Catwalk - a fashion show event to be held at P&J Live later this month to raise vital funds for Friends of ANCHOR Aberdeen. This year’s models are women aged between 23 and 75, with each having been diagnosed with cancer or a blood disorder at some point in their life. Friends of ANCHOR Aberdeen raises vital funds to make life more comfortable for cancer and haematology patients from Aberdeenshire, Orkney and Shetland.
