RESI Award nomination for Brio Retirement Living

Brio has been nominated in the 2023 RESI awards – one of the UK’s most recognised awards ceremonies run by industry magazine Property Week.

Brio has been shortlisted in the Later Living Operator of the Year Award; ranking the business alongside high-profile industry peers, the nomination is also recognition of our efforts in creating retirement communities in England and Scotland.

Speaking of the news, our operations director Stacey Philips said: “We are absolutely thrilled with this recognition, and I thank the RESI Awards judges for nominating us for this next stage.

“The Later Living Operator award celebrates developers creating exciting, viable environments for an ageing population. That mirrors our belief at Brio as we carry out our vision for creating well-designed homes and communities in which our customers can live flourishing, active and social lives – all while remaining safe in the knowledge that support is available as and when they need it.

“That vision is already a reality at our three completed Brio developments at Landale Court, Chapelton in Scotland, Button House in South London, and Beechwood Park in The Cotswolds, with each scheme housing a burgeoning community of interesting and inspiring people.”

Nominees for the 2023 RESI Awards will gather at a ceremony in May at which the winners will be announced. The event will bring key players in the residential market together, including developers, landlords, house builders, operators, investors, financiers, agencies and local authorities.
