Duke and Duchess of Fife unveil new retirement show homes

The Duke and Duchess of Fife have launched Brio’s first homes, at our new village in the town of Chapelton, Aberdeenshire.

The 94 new one and two-bedroom apartments and cottages at Landale Court are due to be completed in early 2019. The show homes, a 55.3 sqm one-bedroom Campbell cottage and the 88.8 sqm two-bedroom Fraser cottage, have been named after local clans, offering private outdoor space, on-site parking and views over the village green.

The Duke of Fife said:
