We're absolutely delighted to introduce Button House, our latest retirement community in the pretty south London suburb of Hackbridge.
Times have changed and we understand that retirement means something very different today than it did a decade ago. That's why our vibrant communities, including Button House, have been created to give you everything you could need to live life to the full.

Button House is all about giving you the choice to live life your way. You can be as sociable or private as you want to be, in the knowledge that you're part of a welcoming community with access to a host of events, activities and facilities right on your doorstep.
At the heart of Button House you'll find the Hub. Here, you can take part in a range of events and activities, from wine tasting to gardening club, cookery classes and much more. You'll find a range of exercise and wellbeing classes, such as yoga and Pilates, in our fitness suite, along with a range of equipment to help you stay fit and healthy. Plus, our exclusive Slate & Grain brasserie and bar offers the perfect place to bring friends and family together over good food, good drink and good conversation.

Our new community features 80 beautifully designed one and two-bedroom apartments, each offering everything you need for an enjoyable retirement. Plus, we understand that everyone's circumstances are different. That's why we've ensured that there are a number of ways to live within our community, with homes available to rent, buy or part buy, part rent.
And if you ever do need help, it’s right outside your door, with an onsite team available 24-hours a day, 365 days a year. Our team are there for you whenever you need them, day or night, so you and your loved ones can rest assured that you'll have the support you need.

Although there’s much appeal in the community itself, you'll discover an abundance of options locally – with attractions for both rural lovers and city seekers!
The pretty open green space of Beddington Park where the River Wandle runs through, is just a short walk away. A couple of miles up the road is neighbouring Sutton which has two indoor shopping centres, a bustling high street, Sutton’s library, and all the main supermarkets. It’s also home to the renowned Royal Marsden Hospital and a satellite of the Moorfields Eye Hospital. For those who love getting into the city – the centre of London is only 25 minutes away by train and if travelling abroad, Gatwick is a convenient 17 miles away.
