We will contribute £2,000 (incl VAT) towards your legal costs on completion to your chosen solicitor.*

We'll ensure your packed items get to where they need to be - your fantastic new Brio home.

De-cluttering

Let us assist in the disposal, recycling or donating of items you no longer need.

Packing/ Unpacking

We'll ensure a thorough and organised packing/unpacking service to give you a head start on settling into your new home.

Furniture placement

Let us help you maximise your new space with the furniture you already have.

Handyman service

Need shelves putting up or other small DIY jobs doing? Have two hours of our handyman service on us.

Agency Fees

We will contribute £2,000 towards your chosen estate agency fees.

Change of address service

From your bank to your loyalty cards - we'll save you time, money and stress by updating your addresses for you.
