'Buying off-plan' is available on all of our apartments, cottages and bungalows. It essentially allows you to reserve the property in advance, before the development is fully built.

The advantage is that you can beat the crowd and take first pick of the available plots. To help you visualise what your new home will look like, we’ll be able to provide you with scale plans, realistic computer generated images/artist’s impressions of the rooms, the exact specification for each room, examples of fabrics and furnishings, and detailed information about the location and aspect.
