Brio Retirement Living is set to open its doors in an August weekend-of-welcome at its stunning Beechwood Park development in Stow-on-the-Wold. To be hosted on Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th August – its team of later living experts will be welcoming visitors, alongside their family and friends, to look around one of the area’s most vibrant later living communities.
The two-day event will give visitors a chance to look around the one, two and three-bedroom apartments which are available to buy, rent, or part buy, part rent, whilst also having the opportunity to explore the beautiful Cotswold market town too. All two and three-bedroom bungalows at Beechwood Park are now sold – with the development welcoming the new owners. The Brio team will also be on hand to explain more about the reserve-by-September packages worth up to £15,000*
Beechwood Park resident, Judy Lynn age 74 and originally from Colorado, shared: “I fell in love with a beautiful two-bedroom bungalow at Beechwood Park. It wasn’t meant to happen like this – but what is in life – it was a truly exciting adventure!”, Judy laughed whilst sharing her story. “I’d been dog sitting for friends in The Cotswolds last year when a friend came to visit. We were exploring the local area when we saw the sign for Brio’s Beechwood Park. I had no intention of moving to the UK never mind Stow, but I love how life throws curveballs, and this is a wonderful one!
“I have nothing but good things to say about Beechwood Park – the homes, the people, the location, the offerings and especially the wonderful team here. I am so thankful I saw the Brio sign during my day of exploring. I may not have finished building the home I’d planned in Colorado, but I’ve built a truly magnificent life here at Beechwood Park.”
All of the homes at Beechwood Park come with their own outdoor space as well as access to landscaped gardens; there is also an extensive range of facilities including a contemporary wellness suite, hobby room, roof terrace, landscaped gardens, fitness suite and outdoor exercise trail, plus the popular Slate & Grain brasserie, bar and coffee lounge.
Visitors are encouraged to bring friends and family along with them to share in the experience and can simply book their chosen slot online here or via phone on 01451 885494. All visitors will be welcomed by the friendly, professional team at Beechwood Park and treated to refreshments as they experience and hear all about the homes and array of facilities on offer.
In addition to viewing the homes, visitors are encouraged to explore the facilities on offer, meet homeowners living at Beechwood Park and will be invited to ask any questions on any subject from understanding the wellbeing and care options on offer to the buying or rental options available. Sales and Marketing Manager at Brio Retirement Living, Jess Nicoll, explains: “Beechwood Park is a fabulous place to enjoy modern retirement as it should be, and what better place to do that than the picturesque Cotswold village of Stow-on-the-Wold. We want to open our doors not just to showcase what’s on offer, but to also give people considering a move into a new home for their retirement a chance to look around during a weekend when they can be joined by friends or family.
“We have listened to customers needs and our homes here are both accessible and affordable - with a range of options including rent, purchase and part rent/purchase. The team cannot wait to say hello and this weekend will be a great way to ensure homeowners are happy from the very start of their retirement journey.”
Homeowners will also benefit from Brio colleagues on site 24/7, a team who can help with everything; from pet care, providing meals, to the collection of prescriptions, to attending medical appointments or a friendly face saying hello each day. Beechwood Park also works alongside a trusted care provider that offers a discreet and tailored personal care package if required.
Brio Retirement Living is offering visitors dedicated time slots from 10am – 12 noon, 12 noon – 2pm or 2pm – 4pm, leaving plenty of time to explore what the beautiful area of Stow-on-the-Wold has to offer too.
