The events will give people a chance to see what life is really like at a Brio integrated retirement community, and to look around the new 71 home development of one- and two-bedroom bungalows, cottages and apartments which stands on a beautiful stretch of Aberdeenshire coastline – giving customers access to fresh air and great walks.
The stunning homes are available to rent, part buy/part rent or to buy; they have been expertly designed for customers over the age of 65 with well-designed quality kitchens and bathrooms, room layouts that promote space and natural light. Outside of the homes, customers also benefit from great amenities including the neighbourhood green, fire pit den, quiet garden as well as The Hub – the social heartbeat of the community filled with a hobby room, club room and the Slate & Grain brasserie, bar and coffee lounge.

In addition to viewing the homes, customers will be able to see all the facilities on offer, meet homeowners living at Landale Court and will be invited to ask any questions on any subject from understanding the wellbeing and care options on offer to the buying or rental options available.
