Brio Retirement Living has welcomed general manager Trish Staite, 43 and from Tewkesbury to its team at Beechwood Park in Stow-on-the-Wold in The Cotswolds.

Joining the expanding team, Trish brings a wealth of knowledge from her previous management roles - her most recent as manager of a large retirement village in Warwick.

Trish shared: “I am very excited to be a part of the fantastic team at Beechwood Park. After completing a degree in management, I gained career experience in both property sales and the travel industry – working in Australia, Greece, India and Italy. After returning to the UK, I spent 10 years managing a private estate in Worcestershire which included co-ordinating events and private functions.

“More recently I held the position of manager a retirement village in Warwick, and it was here that I established my passion for the later living sector. Watching the retirement village grown into an integral part of the community was extremely rewarding and I cannot wait to expand on this experience at Beechwood Park.”

Beechwood Park boasts 106 stunning one, two and three-bedroom apartments and bungalows, set in the sociable Cotswolds community of picturesque Stow-on-the-Wold.

Exclusively for the over 65’s, Beechwood Park is a community to make friends, spend time with family and embrace the many lifestyle enhancing activities and services available here, from the idyllic landscaped gardens, the onsite State & Grain Brasserie, bar and coffee lounge – to knowing there’s always someone to talk to, social events to attend, right through to lifestyle-simplifying services including laundry, cleaning and even pet sitting.

Reporting directly to Karl Hallows, Brio’s Director of Operations, Trish will be responsible for the leadership of Beechwood Park, managing an already established and exemplary team, engaging with the wider community of Stow-on-the-Wold in providing a fully integrated retirement community, working with homeowners’ and ensuring customer satisfaction is placed at the heart of all decision making.

Karl Hallows, said: “The appointment of Trish is a welcome boost to our senior team and importantly, for those living at Beechwood Park. As we continue to greet more homeowners’, the demand on our service continues to increase along with our engagement programme in exploring how best they wish to live life their way!”

It’s a very exciting time to join Brio Retirement Living and I couldn’t wish for a more beautiful location to work!”
