As Brio Landale Court officially opens its doors, potential homeowners and retirees are being offered the chance to take a first look inside the newly completed development.
For those considering a move to a modern, safe and secure development - exclusive to retirees - or others who want to know more about what life is like in this vibrant over 55s community, Brio Retirement Living is offering the opportunity to find out.
Anyone is welcome to come and take a tour of the community, which has 94 new homes, including contemporary one and two-bedroom cottages and apartments. The viewing will include the stunning showhomes as well as the Homeowners Club Lounge, communal and meeting spaces, the hobby room, fitness suite. There’s also a chance to view the stunning outdoor space including an exercise trail with outdoor gym equipment.
Brio’s own exclusive brasserie and bar Slate & Grain is also now open to the public serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, with delicious food using fresh and locally-sourced ingredients. There’s also a range of coffee and cakes, as well as a large drinks menu including fine wines from across the globe that can be enjoyed overlooking Chapelton and beyond.
And if people want even more of a taste of this retirement life, Brio is offering a new ‘Try Before You Buy’ programme.
Before making a commitment to purchase, potential homeowners can enjoy a complimentary two-night stay in the dedicated guest suite, with access to all the amenities including the landscaped gardens – and the chance to go further afield and explore the wider Chapelton community.
