Brio Retirement Living is offering retirees a flavour of life at our latest development with a new 'Try Before You Buy' programme.
We will be opening our doors for those who want to sample life at our Chapelton retirement community Brio Landale Court, set along the stunning Aberdeenshire coastline.
Before making a commitment to buy, retirees can enjoy a complimentary two-night stay in one of our beautiful cottages, with access to all the amenities, and the chance to explore the community and meet other homeowners as well as our fabulous onsite Brio team.
Care and Support will also be provided by Brio's in-home care service, if required.
Brio Landale Court will be welcoming homeowners from September and the new ‘Try Before You Buy’ programme will be available from mid September.

That’s why we developed the Try Before You Buy programme to allow people to experience what life is like here and facilities on offer, at their own pace.
“While we have two show cottages, an apartment and a new sales suite, we know that it’s also important to spend time in a place mixing and talking to others.
“It’s also comforting to families too to know their relatives have been able to sample the lifestyle and see first-hand the facilities and the care and support available to them before making the decision to purchase.”
The Try Before You Buy programme offers people the chance to dine in the new brasserie and bar, Slate & Grain, which offers an extensive menu made using fresh and seasonal produce.
They can also spend time in the Homeowners Club Lounge, take a tour of the communal areas and meeting spaces or try a workout in the fitness suite.
For those who enjoy the outdoors, there is also the opportunity to explore the landscaped gardens, take a stroll around the exercise trail with gym equipment, relax in the wee garden, enjoy a refreshing drink in the Pod, or go further afield with a walk along the coastline or around Chapelton Town – the choice is yours!
