Sandy’s extensive sales experience has seen her represent leading property brands both in the UK and internationally. Sandy also brings expert knowledge of the retirement sector to the team, having previously worked for McCarthy and Stone on five developments within the Cotswolds.
Speaking about her appointment, Sandy said: “This is a great opportunity to build on my specialist experience within the retirement sector, which is an industry that gives me great pleasure, especially when I get to witness a new homeowner flourish in their new community.
“Purchasing a property at Brio Beechwood Park offers both a home and lifestyle change, so our customers, and often their families, rightly expect a high level of reassurance and support. I’m looking forward to providing this guidance and ensuring the reservation to completion process is as hassle-free as possible.”

With more than 18 years’ experience of selling new homes, Andrea has worked for several large developers managing sales and working with customers across numerous sites within the South West.
Andrea said: “This is a hugely exciting role, which will not only see me provide sales support, but help Brio Retirement Living integrate further into the local community.
We have a major role to play in providing more housing choice for our age-exclusive clients with future proofing a deciding factor. This is reflected in the amenities and facilities we provide, which can help improve health and wellbeing.”
Brio Beechwood Park will feature 106 new homes comprising one, two and three-bedroom apartments, plus two and three-bedroom bungalows. Homeowners will have access to a variety of facilities including a Slate & Grain brasserie and bar, homeowner’s club lounge, hobby room, fitness studio, spa, stunning outdoor spaces and a shuttle bus service.
Amy Deehan added: “Sandy and Andrea join us at a really exciting time, with the first phase of new homes due to be completed in summer 2019. Both have vast property expertise, but most importantly, the ability to build close relationships with our customers, ensuring they make decisions which best meet their needs now and in the future.”
Christmas is the season of giving, so Brio Retirement Living staff at Beechwood Park in Stow-on-the-Wold took part in various fundraising activities to raise money for local good causes.
