Brio Retirement Living has released more homes for sale at its Beechwood Park retirement community in Stow-on-the-Wold, which is on target to welcome homeowners from the Summer.
Three types of bungalows, comprising two and three-bedrooms, have now been released to buy at ‘Cowslip Court’ as well as one and two-bedroom apartments. The newly released homes add to a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, which were launched for sale towards the end of last year and are located at ‘Pennycress Court.’
Brio Beechwood Park takes its name from the Cotswold Commons and Beechwoods, a major nature reserve, while the Courts have been named after plants found throughout the region. Each property type has a name derived from the highest hills in the Cotswolds, linking the whole development to nature and the local area.
