The beautiful Cotswold countryside will be the stunning backdrop to a 10k run to raise funds for the Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust (GWT).
Organised by the North Cotswolds Rotary Club and the GWT, the run will take place on Sunday 14 July at Greystones Farm Nature Reserve.
With our latest retirement community Brio Beechwood Park set nearby in picturesque Stow-on-the-Wold, we are delighted to be supporting the event to help raise money for the nature reserve - which is designed to protect the environment and provide local education programmes on conservation and wildlife.
Brio is sponsoring the whole event.
The 10K run is open to all aged 15 and over and starts at 10:30am at the new Visitors Centre. There will also be a fun run around the archaeological hill fort at Greystones for children aged 14 and under, which starts at 9:45am.
There will be microchipped timing and prizes for the first three men and first three women as well as spot prizes.
Registration link for the 10k event which costs £10 to enter can be done via the following link at the Ticket Source website.
