Brio Retirement Living has expanded the team on-site at its first retirement village, welcoming an experienced sales manager to Chapelton.
Vivian Bisset, a property manager with more than 25 years’ experience in the Scottish residential market has become Brio’s first local sales lead. As well as running the newly-opened sales suite at Liddell Park, she’ll also be able to provide residents with support and guidance all the way through from their first visit to moving in.
Vivian brings with her a wealth of experience in the industry, having worked for some of the biggest names in Scottish property, including Bruce & Partners, CALA Homes, and most recently Muir Homes.
The appointment of a sales manager after growing local interest in Brio Chapelton is an important milestone for the team, who are due to open their first show home in Spring this year.

Brio Chapelton, which is currently under construction, will consist of 94 new one and two-bedroom apartments and cottages located in the picturesque town of Chapelton.
The Brio Chapelton sales suite is now open seven days a week, Mon-Fri 10:30am-5:00pm and Sat- Sun 11:00am-4:00pm.
