A new retirement village in Chapelton, just outside Aberdeen, has grown its sales team as interest in the new retirement community grows.
Cecil Burnett has joined the team at Chapelton to advise and support people thinking of buying a new retirement home in the town and taking advantage of the exclusive on-site facilities and amenities such as its brasserie and community hub.
Cecil will be on hand to advise on everything from the 22 types of cottages and apartments available to purchase to the hassle-free move service available to help residents move in.
With a passion for property development and sector experience, Cecil joins the team just ahead of the first two show homes opening their doors to members of the public for viewings.
The new retirement village, set in beautifully maintained grounds, will form an integral part of Cairnhill, Chapelton’s very first hilltop ‘neighbourhood’. Built around a village hub with amenities like Slate & Grain brasserie and bar and residents’ club lounge, fitness suite, guest suite and hobby room the new village will comprise of a mix of one and two bedroom apartments and cottages with on-site care and support available if and when it is needed.
