As construction work progresses at a pace at our first Brio retirement village in Chapelton, we are only too happy to accommodate visitors who are interested in seeing the village come to life.
This week we were delighted to welcome VIP guests to take a tour of the Brio Chapelton site including the Earl of Moray, John Stuart and his wife Catherine. The Duke of Fife and his wife Caroline were also on hand to update on the progress of the wider Chapelton town and join us on the tour of work in progress.
Our visitors had the opportunity to preview our two show cottages The Fraser and The Campbell, ahead of finishing touches being completed and to see the work which has started on Brio Chapelton’s apartment block.
Our director of development and sales, Karl Hallows, led the tour, with the beautiful coastal views from the bedroom of our Fraser cottage proving a particular highlight along with opportunities to customise design elements of our homes.
Named after famous Scottish clans, our beautiful one-bedroom Campbell show cottage and the charming two-bedroom Fraser cottage come complete with their own garden plots and views over the beautifully maintained green. The homes will be within walking distance of Brio’s Community Hub, Slate & Grain Brasserie and the wider town of Chapelton.
Brio Chapelton’s show homes will be opening for viewings in the coming weeks.
