We helped residents of Chapelton get in the festive spirit recently, as we delivered the town’s very first community Christmas tree.

Positioned outside our new sales suite at the corner of Liddell Place near the heart of the town, the Christmas tree is the centrepiece of festivities for those already living in Chapelton.

Dozens of Chapelton residents gathered for the Christmas lights switch on and festive carol singing on Wednesday evening, along with His Grace the Duke of Fife and the Brio team.

Everyone in attendance was also welcomed to our new sales suite to shelter from the snow, before the lights were officially switched on by our Director of Development and Sales, Karl Hallows.

The Brio Chapelton sales suite has opened to provide detailed information on our over-55s retirement village, that will form a key part of Chapelton’s next phase. Floor plans and images of the modern properties are available to view inside, as well as details on the forthcoming village amenities, including the Village Hub, Slate & Grain brasserie and hobby and craft room.

Community is at the heart of Chapelton, and a range of activities have been planned so that residents can enjoy the festive season together. These include a wreath decorating workshop with Kim Dalglish - a popular local florist - and Christmas dining at Teacake – the town’s popular café.

By the time residents gather to celebrate next Christmas, our show home will have launched to give people an even better understanding of what to expect from life at Brio Chapelton.
