  • Minimum of 80 residential units plus communal space (at 25% of GIA)

  • In or on the edge of town/city centre
  • Urban or suburban
  • Proximity to a main road, with regular bus/train service and close to local facilities (within 10 minute walk)
  • Part of a larger development – mixed use or residential - or existing settlement
  • Good availability of staff
  • Saleable areas min £385 pft

Planning

  • With or without planning permission
  • C2 Planning class use
  • Pref for 100% new build
