Hackbridge: stylish living close to London

If you love the energy of the city balanced with quiet country seclusion, Button House is the just the place – right in the heart of South London’s suburbs, and surrounded by historic towns, villages and parks. 

Take a meandering walk or cycle through Beddington Park, one of London’s best green spaces, with over 100 acres of grassland and parkland through which the River Wandle runs. You’ll feel like you’re right in the heart of rolling countryside, with a boating lake, pond, restaurant, and wonderful riverside walks. Carshalton Park, Oaks Park and Mitcham Common offer more beautiful open spaces within a ten-minute drive. Plus, there are plenty of options for eating and drinking out, from the dog-friendly Pavilion Café to the Duke’s Head Pub nearby. 

If you want to head to the city, hop on a 25-minute train journey to get to the centre, or for longer jaunts, Gatwick Airport is a short drive away.
